Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Lightly tap the center of the platform with your foot to activate the scale, then remove your foot. You can now step on and measure your weight. Remain still during the weighing process—the display will flash while the measurement is taking place. Once the flashing stops, your weight will appear on the screen for approximately 10 seconds. The scale will then automatically switch off.
Adjust unit of measure:
Use the 'UNIT' button on the back of the scale to switch between kilograms, pounds (lb) and stone (st).
