Instructions
Turning on and using the thermometer:
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds until the LCD screen lights up and the device beeps once. Connect the mini-jack end of the probe to one of the probe ports and insert the other end into the food. Ensure the tip of the thermometer is deep in the thickest part of the food, avoiding fatty or boney parts.
You can use up to three probes simultaneously. When multiple probes are connected, the thermometer automatically alternates between readings and displays each temperature on the screen for a few seconds.
