Deductible
Reimbursement from your basic health insurance policy is subject to your deductible. If you've opted for a voluntary deductible, your health insurer will first offset the costs against your mandatory deductible and then against your voluntary deductible. Once you've met your deductible, this care will be covered by your insurance up to the maximum amount for which you are insured. The deductible applies to insured individuals aged 18 and over.

Application
The application can be sent directly to Worldwide Vision.

Replacement
In the event of replacement (in principle no sooner than 5 years), no new medical indication is required if it is already included in the Worldwide Vision insured file or if an approval statement is known to the health insurer.
It must be clearly stated in the Insured Person's file why a replacement is necessary.
This focuses on usable functionality, not potential new technical developments. The latter is not grounds for reimbursement for the replacement and is the Insured's responsibility.
Problems/complaints can be reported directly to Worldwide Vision on telephone number 013 528 56 66. Available on working days from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
